I used to stay there several times.
The small car park was at the back of the hotel surrounded by walls, fairly secure I think.
They had some antique cars under a roof there... interesting.
I used to eat there 3 or more times per week. Not a high end restaurant but food was always good at a reasonabl price. Pasta, seafood, fondues and even imported beef is available. Short walk to malecon as well.
