Anyone have a contact to get a birth certificate for undocumented Dominicans? I am friends with a Dominican family. The father has a birth certificate and cedula but the mother never had a birth certificate and none of her children have one. This is a disaster for the kids and their futures. I think the mother has to get documented first in order for the kids to get documented. In the past I read in DR1 news that there were big programs helping undocumented Dominicans to get documented. Anyone have any information about these programs to help? Thank you.
