Why Dominican>? Who is the friend? What did (does) (s)he do for work? Any idea where (s)he lived??

I have a friend that I cannot get contact with phone number. I need to see if anyone lives in the Cristo Rey area of town to ask for my friends whereabouts.

Cristo Rey is a popular barrio in santo domingo.
I dont understand why do you post in South Coast, if you are looking for somebody in santiago.
