I'm looking for comments and suggestions regarding a market for raw organic cacao. I have 45 trees that are producing heavily and want to figure out the best way to market the beans. We are new to the DR and living on the North Coast. I've looked online but we are just a small family owned and operated finca,and most info is for much larger operations, can't find anything that really applies.
