dr1.com is a good place for information and on the website i realised that my mom who is algerian but with a french residency might not needed a visa for dominican republic.
she went twice with me and she payed 120 euro each time!
is it possible that the dominican consulate in france got it wrong?
the husband of friend of mine went to dr also this year with a algerian passeport and his british residency and he just pay the 10 usd but he did not need a visa.
i dont get it at all.if anyone got more information it will be deeply apreciated.
