want to bring daughter to U.S.A. for vacation

my daughter was born in the dominican repulic she lives with her mother there
i am an american citizen and my daughter now has american citizenship she is almost 2 now
what steps do i have to take to bring her to the U.S.A. for a vacation with her mothers approval

Since the OP has stated that his daughter has American citizenship, the information at that website is superfluous. There is a sticky on this site which lists the paperwork requirements for a child to travel with only one parent into and out of the DR. It is here:

Also, your daughter will need an American passport.
