Can anyone tell m what the per kilowatt hour charge is in pesos in the Sosua area?

Thanks. Want to know if our building is overcharging us for power.

Thanks - for your quick response - and info.

To be clear, does that mean that up to 200 kwh = 3.70 or 3.70 per each kwl up to the 200?

I came in the end of October and am charged for 10 kwl = 1200 RD - while not a lot of money, the principle is upsetting me!

Ro, you were probably charged at the same rate the association is being charged.

Since their usage is more than likely at a higher rate, you are more than likely being charged at the higher rate also.

So if we're over 700 as an association, which I'm sure we are, are we charged more than the 9.06 rate?

I'm trying to determine if the bldg is making money on the electricity as well as everything else, and if so, how much.

We have individual meters for each apartment and I would think one meter for common areas.

You are correct, the association reads our meter and bills us accordingly; not Eden Norte.
