R Rick Engard Guest Jan 14, 2001 #2 Escuanto outside of Cabarete was 4-6 foot most of Oct and Nov when I was there for 3 wks. I was told it gets bigger in the spring. Very nice reef break, although a bit crowded early in the morn when the wind is weak.
