Bed&Breakfast room with sea view needed - is it realistic?

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent for a few weeks. A Bed & Breakfast type, no luxury required, no pool, no high-tech, but yes, one exception: balcony with sea view. Just to sit and relax. Just something like this picture:

Private rentals preferred. Anywhere in the D.R. Thanks for all advice.

Go to the DR1 Homepage and click on 'Rentals', then 'Santo Domingo'. Take a look at the Miramar apartments, the 3rd floor apt has amazing views, it's right on the malecon. VERY nice and accomodating people.

I would think you'd most likely find something like that in Samana. Do some searching on Las Galeras/Las Terrenas

Thanks David, beautiful areas there in Samana, have been to El Cabito but want to see the south coast, too. Have don some research, but Bed&Breakfast does not seem popular in the DR...
