Dominican gastronomy promoter Ines Páez, best known as Chef Tita, was admitted to the Paseo de las Estrellas de la Gastronomía in Huelva, Spain. She was recognized during the Second Iberoamerican Gastronomic Congress “Binómico” held to strengthen the ties between Spain and Latin America. The Binómico is the annual Iberoamerican gastronomic convention that gathers 22 countries to boost food production and consumption sustainability.
Spanish chefs Joan Roca and Xanty Elias and Argentinean Narda Lepes also received stars at the gastronomic event. The stars are located on the route to the Mercado del Carmen in Huelva, best known as the gastronomic museum in that Spanish city.
