Acknowledging the delays in delivery of passports, the Passport Agency announced that as of 17 July 2023 the central headquarters at the Centro de los Heroes would be operating until 7pm. The delivery of the notebooks will be from 2 to 7pm.
Nevertheless, for the taking of data and fingerprints, both for renewals and first time issuing of passports, the passport agency would be open from 8am to 3pm.
Appointments to pick up the document can be made using the link www.citas.pasaportes.gob.do or by calling 809 532-4233 option 1.
Appointments are needed for renewals or issuance of first time passports.
