It would be interesting to be a listener-in to the dirty work as it happened to be able to know how much dishonest gains are stashed away in hidden vaults or in offshore accounts. The authorities should have the legal power to recuperate assets 1.5 times the value of those illegally acquired. The logic of this 50% increase is to recover gains, the profits made from them and serve as a financial punishment. It would be broadcasting, "you screw the country... the country will screw you".
