The Dominican Telecommunications Institute will be moving this August 2025 to a 10-story corporate building in its final phases of construction on Av. 27 de Febrero, about 1 km west of Av. Winston Churchill. The building has four stories of underground parking.
The building would be purchased for RD$1.77 billion, Diario Libre reports. The building Corporativo 323 is designed by leading architects Ricardo Martinez and Sarah Hernandez of MyHarquitectos.
The president of the Indotel, Guido Gomez Mazara says that the purchase of the building will represent considerable savings over the medium term. Indotel at present pays RD$52 million a month in rent for its offices in Torre Osiris on Av. Abraham Lincoln.
