Both are interesting questions. If not illegal, taking them from a church is certainly bad optics. And purposely aiding evasion of Migracion by allowing them to hide on your property very well may be a crime...kinda makes sense.

Are you referring to their melanin content? Many Cubans and Colombians are mainly of European descent. We have quite a few Colombians here in Jarabacoa.
