The Indiana Pacers finally outpaced the New York Knicks 125 to 108 in game six of the NBA Eastern Conference playoffs and won the slot to match the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals. It will be a first Final since 2000 for the Indiana Pacers. Pascal Siakam of the Pacers was named MVP of the series after recording 31 points and three blocked shots during the Saturday, 31 May 2025 game six in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The New York Knicks, who earned their two NBA titles in 1970 and 1973, remain in search of their first trip to the Finals since 1999. Dominican national basketball team player Karl Anthony Towns gave them a good shot at making the finals in 2025 and the team will certainly be one to reckon with in the next season.

The 2025 NBA finals start on 5 June 2025 and it has been announced they will be transmitted live for Dominican audiences on CDN Channel 37.

Knicks were a bit too slow and had way too many turnovers to win. Basketball is nowhere near as fun to watch as it was whne I was growing up.
The lack of real plays and the 3 point shots took away the enjoyment of watching.
