Recommendations for kidney doctor

I need to find a doctor for a family member in the Santo Domingo area. She does not have insurance but I will pay for the consultation in cash. Problem is always in the kidney area of the body and she goes to emergency for a drip which relives the pain.
Not a very sound way to remedy the problem.
English speaking not required.

He is a GP but was recommended by JD. He would be able to recommend someone. I was very happy with him. I believe he is in Gazcue.

He's in Clinica Abreu in the afternoons starting around 3 pm. He's be the US Embassy doctor for years.

If you go, tell him his favorite patient in San Cristobal is doing well, has some cigars for him, and is still looking for the hat guy.
