Sounds stupid, is cheaper to rent for 4 separate weeks than a month outright.

Discount Structure

3 days - saving 600 on the 1,200 per day
1 week - saving 2,000 on the 1,000 per day rate
2 weeks - saving 4,000 on a 1,000 per day rate
1 month - saving 5,000 on a 1,000 per day rate ( lower as fewer people rent for longer periods)

Do they want cash up front?

And must one surrender their passport (or cedula) until the car is returned or do they simply take a copy of it?

Hi,

In most cases, it is cash up front on collection of the jeep...

If it is a long term rental more than a week, it could be arranged that we meet on a weekly basis and you pay the rental in advance...

To rent a jeep, i require a copy of your passport, driving licence, local address here in the Dominican republic and a contact number.....

Morning, With regards delivery could you arrange delivery and collection from The Gran Ventana?
Also does it come with FULL insurance
Finally is it available from Friday the 9th for a full week?

A lot of people here rent cars that aren't fully insured , you really have to check that out ,If you rent from an agency your ins. from your country should cover you , and if you have gold card (credit) that will also cover .Yrs ago I Had a rental (hertz) and my wife drove it through a wall , they put $5,000 US to fix it on my credit card, when I got home I notified the Ins. co. and the credit card co. to make long story short I got paid by both companys ,I made $ 4,000 dollars .
