Aguilas del Cibao

I am planning a trip in the first week of December to Santiago. Does anyone know when and where I can catch a Aguilas baseball game, do they play during the week, weekends or both? Your help is greatly appreciated.

p.s. I went to their website and there are no game postings as of yet.

No dominican baseball games yet but you can meet their super star Luis polonia in person. Just come to gold's gym in the evenings, he is always there.

They do play during the week. They have their own stadium (Estadio Cibao). The calendard is already published, even though I couldn't find it in their website. Here's a link to Licey's calendar which include games that they will play against Las Aguilas in Santiago. These are the games you'd want to see anyway, as they are the biggest rivals...

Funny that you wrote that. I have the same combination, except it's Aguilas t-shirt with the Licey cap. And no, I would not wear them to/in Estadio Cibao. LOL!!!

I have to buy some more Aguilas & Licey sports gear.
I am making all of the Dominicans in NY Home-Sick wearing my Licey t-shirt or Aguilas baseball cap! Surprisingly many Dominicans only travel to the DR maybe once or twice a year.

Maybe. I'll be in the DR Nov 7-24 and plan to spend about a week in SFM. Ballgames were already on my agenda but haven't chosen any firm dates yet.

Aguilas play the Gigantes in SFM on Nov. 12th. That is a game I had been considering.

This will be my first sporting event in the DR, is there any type of beisbol ettiquette I need to know about, i.e. the Do's & Don'ts of attending a Dominican baseball game??
