Any good casinos?

They are small by US standards but still nice for a couple of hours of fun. When I was there back in June you had one in Cabarete, one in Sosua, two in Playa Dorado POP, a local casino in the city of POP right off the Malecon, and a nice casino in Ocean World on the west end of POP.

IMO Ocean World's casino has the nicest decor, small but clean. Cabarete's casino which i think is called Ocean something is nice also. The casino at Playa Dorado that faces the main street is ok but they keep the A/C turned up to full blast and its always freezing in there. The other casino in Playa Dorado is in need of a makeover, at least when i was there back in June.

I only play blackjack so I can't speak for the other games but on the blackjack tables the max bet is usually $100US, sometimes less. And the casinos are not 24/7 they open usually around 7pm, and close around 3 or 4am.
