Why in Gods name would you need a dating app in DR????? Just walk out of your home and start talking to people. You want easy goto the bars, you want professional women with real job, goto a mall or University or a cafe and say hi.
You make a good point. That's what I had been doing. But it's a lot easier to find a match with a good dating app.

You get what you pay for, so don't be cheap. There is something to be said for dating someone with enough $$$ to pay for a listing on a dating site/app. Being able to afford penicillin is a plus in my book - Unless you are planning on using $$$ as a means of control that is.
Just get introduced to some of the DR families. Eligible women will start appearing in no time. Better to know her family situation before you commit to anything. Opinions differ. I never had this experience after two marriages. I would say. Date a woman that is in your league, same level in education maybe age (my wife is 18 years younger) not necessarily, and learn the language. Don’t try to impress with money. Behave like a gentleman and a real man and they will respect you. Unless you date a barrio-tigress, but you don’t want that. Learn the language!!
