I hope only 1/2 of Refract's comments are not valid, but why would he be making any of this up. I'm going there in less than 2 wks. and I would like to hear the Sales Rep at Catalonia Bavaro commenting on his remarks. Also Apple Rep - comments please. This is not what I had in mind when I was going to a 5* hotel. Anybody else out there have any opinions about this resort. Thank you.

I tend to agree with refract, I have just returned from the Catalonia resort and I think that some of refracts statements may be slightly overstated but most are based in truth. Some of the things he may have forgotten are the leaky showers, waiting long times for reservations to the restaurants and the fact the doctor was were kept busing with people being sick.
