Are there any direct flights to Jamaica?

Can anyone tell me if there is an airline out of Santiago or Santo Domingo that flies direct to Jamaica? I have some work to do for a client and we would all prefer, given how close Jamaica is, if I didn't have to go through Miami and possibly save a little money in the process. Thanks in advance!

I don't think so. I was looking for flights from DR to Jamaica last Oct. and couldn't find any. We had to go to via Miami.

Any updates...

Did anyone actually get a direct flight to Jamaica....I have been trying to get more info...I contacted Caribair and they informed me that they might add Montego Bay to their route right now, but for the moment....you would have to charter the aircraft !!!

Friends of mine went on this flight to MBJ this summer
So I think it's a seasonal flight

It was with Caribair and I think on a BA 32 or Saab 2000 aircraft
