Does US Consulate issue B1/B2 visas now?

The Consular Section in the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo and the Visa Application Center (VAC) are processing nonimmigrant visa applications/renewals eligible for INTERVIEW WAIVER CASES ONLY. The VAC and the Embassy are still closed for all ROUTINE cases that require interviews. Emergency and mission-critical visa services are available on a case by case basis.
