They are "aving issues" for a long time now : Lousy Costumer Service. High Interest Rates etc etc.Looks like BPD is having issues. I've tried to log in on Chrome, Firefox and Duckduckgo with no response.
Anybody else want to try and see what happens?
I'm sure they will. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't "me" specific. lolI was able to log in yesterday, but not today. This has happened before on a Monday, for what that's worth. Hopefully they resolve it soon.
Just curious, @Peterj, where did you see this? I didn't see anything like that when I tried to log in earlier. They still can lie like the best!
They have problems which they can't solve quickly and come up with this (after several hours of screwing around):

I got the message at 11.45 this morning. Similar result on the app.Just curious, @Peterj, where did you see this? I didn't see anything like that when I tried to log in earlier.
Hence the lying...Ah. OK, as long as they're improving their platform to give me better service. lol
BTW, it's back up and running, but I don't see any difference.![]()
The login screen, it wasn't there for long...Monday morning everybody is a little slow...Just curious, @Peterj, where did you see this? I didn't see anything like that when I tried to log in earlier.
If I had to guess, and obviously I'm going to, it's due to inadequate SW testing. Testing needs to be very rigorous and methodical. When it's not, the oopses which are supposed to be discovered during testing, manifest themselves in real time. Why is it that all banks and government offices frequently have systems that are down?
I don't know what that is, but it's unbelievable that banks and the government can't do it as well as Claro, Altice, and others(?).If I had to guess, and obviously I'm going to, it's due to inadequate SW testing.
