Best _____in Puerta Plata

Similar to my just posted Best ____ in Santiago thread, I will be in Puerta Plata after Santiago to visit my newest Haitian grandson. Same request:

I would like some recomendations for the following 3 things:

1. Steak Restaurant
2. Local Coffee, both to consume there and to bring back to BC.
3. Craft brews, preferably with music but not so loud as I value my eardrums.

My bad here. Interpreted this wrongfully as to drink beers. A good option is The Tap Room, but is in Sosúa cc @NanSanPedro. They're open from Wed-Sundays.

In addition SOV had some of their own brews, but once again that isn't Puerto Plata. I don't think there is a brew pub in Puerto Plata.

3 Tropical bar, not craft beers, but best selections of beers in Puerto Plata, they have a lot of trappist beers and other beers you dont find everywhere else in the Dominican Republic (all Belgian Beers) like Kwak, Chimay, Westmalle, Rochefort, Orval, LA Corne etc
