There are probably 3 people watchers that I would recommend. The first 2 are on El Conde facing the Parque Colon. I think their names are Penalba and Jalao. Both have nice outside patios and there are musicians generally outside playing.

The 3rd is also on El Conde, but the opposite end across from the Parque Independencia. I think the name is Paco. They have a patio and TVs inside. Food is ok on all 3. Nothing to get excited about but nothing bad either.

My personal favorite on El Conde is the newer Mexican restaurant on the left as you're facing Parque Independencia. It's closer to Parque Colon. I think it's called Tacomoe.

Best food is Nacan on Isabela, but be prepared to spend serious cash. Excellent steaks. A bit too stuffy of an atmosphere for me. Enjoyed the food immensely but between the prices and atmosphere, I won't be back.

This should be an interesting thread. I look forward to seeing others' opinions.

I really like that place Nacan, I had dinner there a few days before Ray Liotta. RIP!!
