Hi from Boca Chica

I'm going to be visiting Santiago to see an old Haitian friend tomorrow for 4 days. I would like some recomendations for the following 3 things:

1. Steak Restaurant
2. Local Coffee, both to consume there and to bring back to BC.
3. Craft brews, preferably with music but not so loud as I value my eardrums.

2. Check Cafe Del Yaroa or Cafe Del Cibao, both are very near to Santiago
3. El clandestino bar (but in Friday/Saturday is loudy) - is only place where I bought craft beers but to be honest I never was looking for it so maybe is more places.
