We use some printer from Sabaneta who does a good enough job.
If that will do, Milka can get you his number for you to call him and have him come over to you.
If you need a real pro job, I have no suggestions.

You may also try VISTAPRINT.com and get it shipped to DR via EPS or business mail

I got my cards printed in Cabarete. Not sure of the name of the store, the cost was 1400 pesos for 500 cards (you need to take a c.d with your picture on it if you require your face on the card).
