I do not know this place. But I would be careful with certified cars here. I have personal experience with Dominican distance family that said they bought a "certified" car. The car was one of those Hyundai imported from Correa 5 years old with only around 50000-60000 km. These cars were taxis in Correa and its impossible that after 5 years they have this low mileage. This family member responded that the dealer told him it was a taxi for VIP service only. I responded you believe in Santa Claus.
