Perhaps “Isla rent car” cel 809.430.7217 ofic 809.586.5353 was posted to these forums few months back, I’ve spoken with them this year for a future rental, nice chat, gal spoke english. Near the rotunda, north on hermanas mirabeles next to hotel Porto fino. I’ve not used them yet so my results & final review are yet unknown
