We are starting service to Santiago starting the first week of December.
We will operate two rountrips a day, Using 37 pax. De Havilland Dash-8 Aircraft. Myself along with my co-workers are very excited to serve our first destination in the Dominican Republic.

Caribbean Sun Airlines has requested permission to fly scheduled and non scheduled on the following routes:

Round Trips:
Antigua/Santo Domingo, San Juan/Santo Domingo, San Juan/Puerto Plata/
San Juan/Santiago, San Juan/La Romana, San Juan/Punta Cana.

The hearing at the Civil Aviation Board is scheduled for Wednesday, 24 November.

Hmmmmm, most of these airlines go tits up before one of year of service. Good luck though.

Bring Earplugs

While we are proud to have invented the Dash-7 and -8 series here in Canada they are noisy like a jackhammer and dental drill for the hours of flight and are slow to boot. An hour is plenty on one.

While in most cases this is true the only thing i can tell you is the owner of this one is worth about 14 Billions and that is correct "Billions"

We all welcome the new entry if it means cheaper fares.
