When I come up with an idiom, word, or phrase I don't recognize, I open google and write 'dictionary' after the word or phrase. A few days ago, my son-in-law mentioned an event at his local library, something about being bothered by "rug rats". I had to look that one up! By the way, it translates to "carreta delante de los caballos".
