If you are looking for a place with good food and good service I would stay away from this resort! The place itself is beautiful... nice big beach area, nice grounds, nice rooms, and a huge pool but the rest sucks! Hardly any of the staff were ever smiling let alone greeting you with 'Hola' like we've gotten at other places. Had lots of problems with staff at this place... mixed up checkin, lost resturant reservations, long waits at bars and resturants, and cold tasteless food!
