Are Banks still offering CD's at good rates? I've tried to find a link to CD's on Banco Popular and the Central Bank without any joy.

Ever since the banks took over the Banco Central certificates I have lost interest. (pun intended)
The last time I checked, the best I could find anywhere I think it was something like 9.50% for 5 years.
I'm not current on what's being offered but I should be.
