Hi Guys and Girls

I am trying to troubleshot an SMS service that only costs one penny to send an SMS anywhere in the world.
There is a problem with the DR orange network so we need to send a test message to a DR orange number and then have a look at the message to see the results of the test.

Does anyone have a number we can send a test through? If so pm me.

if you have smartphone lots of free apps. Whatsapp is very good and free, uses data only.

did not work, but it used to about a month ago.
Back to the OP, the point is about "free" SMS and that is what is not working to Orange at the moment.

I was sending SMS on Skype to the DR until April.17/13, now SMS to DR is blocked.

Looks like that would be great if we are talking about India or are you actually using that free service right now to send messages to Orange and Claro phones in the DR?

Hello Mark Im using VIVA they have very good prices, cheapest than Claro and Orange, their coverage is not as big as Claro and Orange but they are very close, I sent you pvt message with more info, let me know where are you and what areas you visit frecuently so i could find out about the coverage of viva in those areas.
