Cheapest cities to live in DR

So the biggest concern to the newly snowbirds who want to live in DR is... to find the cheapest place to live in the DR.

So, I've seen youtubers taking this seriously lately and some of them been giving tips.

Andariego, a well know Dominican, mentioned 2 cities to live among the cheapest to live:

Sabaneta, in the Cibao area

Duverge, in the South

Interesting in these places, common things are noticed: surrounded by nature, cheap rent/buy properties and food are among the things to consider.

I'm assuming there's many more, but he's been very specific with the theme using statistics and data from the Census.
And another trend is happening is Dominicans moving back to the campo thanks to the high prices in big cities in DR.

I have spent some time in Duverge and it's nice but damn hot.
