City needs better overall planning

It's difficult to comprehend the magnitude of this project.

Another view of the Pinturas project. Once again, it's difficult to explain what a huge difference this will make in one of the city's biggest traffic jam headache.

The fact they are doing it with minimal traffic disruption is a testament to the engineers executing this upgrade.

I think a plan view with a drawing of the project would be a lot easier to understand.
