Comming to Santo Domingo This Friday need some help looking for house / hotel

I will be looking in theses areas to Rent possibly but a House El Millon, Gazcue, Arroyo Hondo, Buena Vista, Naco, Cacicazgos, Los Prados

1. I am looking for a hotel to stay at in a nice area so I can look around
2. looking for a English speaking Realtor
3. looking for a English speaking taxi driver to hire to drive me around to look in these areas

Los Prados and El Millon are decent areas...I live there. When we have family in town they either stay at Barcel? Santo Domingo or Hilton Santo Domingo.
