Crackdown Coming In Sosua?

I heard a lot of new info there but, then again, I don't go to Sosua except to the supermarkets.
At 1:30 he is already DEAD NUTS ON POINT ..
The Open to the public Videos on U Tube,, and the Nut sacks like Cuba Dave and their Shameless Promotions of Prostitution, which they knew was ILLEGAL to do , Started all the problems .
U Tube actually should have taken down those Videos as they were in fact promoting ,and Cancelled those dudes, like they do with people they dont agree with Politically today
but thats another topic ..

I never saw a CD video but was he promoting particular girls or offering hook ups? I'm like Cavok, only go to Soshua for Playero or CMC appointments really. Again prostitution is not illegal but procurement is.

Youtube is based in the USA and many or most of those channels have the USA as the country they are in (many Dominican channels that are actually done in the DR have the USA too, but that comes from the time Youtube paid for USA based channels and not DR based ones (similar how Youtube doesn’t pay for Canada based channels, so if any Canadian Youtuber wants to get paid and their channel is monetized it will not happen as long it says Canada.)) Also monetization amounts is difference depending from what country is your audience. The biggest part of the Dominican diaspora is in the USA and that happens to be one of the countries with the highest pay amounts from Youtube. A Dominican Youtuber with decent views and subscribers can actually live from what Youtube pays them monthly (which is also paid in US dollars, not Dominican pesos.) Add to that additional income with advertisements they do in the podcast itself. Many people in the DR are doing just that. Their main sources of income are Youtubr, Instagram, etc.
The DR doesn’t take foreign made income by Dominicans and anything paid by Youtube comes from the USA.
The DR government via Espectáculos Públicos is looking for ways to make Youtube penlize Dominican channels that don’t follow their rules (there are may words that Youtube allows that are prohibited by Espectáculos Públicos.) That’s great, but I see many Dominican channels and podcasts actually say USA despite they are made in the DR. I think Youtube would simply apply Espectáculos Públicos limitations to channels that show the DR as their country, but as said previously this a choice left to the creators of each channel. Hiw will it apply any Espectáculos Públicos limitations to Dominican channels that say USA?

Dave literally did BOOK Signings on the beach, with Banners Flying .. it was Cringe on another Level .
However, cockiness and stupidity are the base of great humor so Dave just happened to pick the wrong calling.
I would say that the video is pretty accurate about what is happening now. The only disagreement I have is that the crackdown is not coming, it is well under way. There are relatively very few girls around now and most of those that are are older and ignored by the police. There are practically no Haitians to be seen. I heard about the fiscalias in town recently and heard that they even went into rooms in one hotel and dragged people out, although I have no proof of that.
If they are going to be successful in making Sosua a real tourist town they need to clean it up and make it a lot prettier, starting with closing the part of Pedro Clisante that they closed before to traffic, getting the tables on the street in the evening and making it a nice place for everyone to walk. The idiot traders in the street who overturned the closedown before need to be beaten into submission and shown how traffic-free streets attract tourists. They only have to look at Calle el Conde and Parque Colon in Santo Domingo to see how it works. There are numerous other examples all over the world.
