Dating Rules That Work For You

I am curious if any DR daters have created personal dating rules that seem to work well for them.
Although no system is perfect, the information may be helpful to others seeking to date in the DR. I will share my dating rules that have worked for me so far. (HB's rules are great but very few ladies can qualify)

1. Attractive
2. No kids
3. Job or in school
4. Chemistry
5. Low maintenance (no gold diggers)
6. No Pros

*Number 1 & 2 eliminate about 90% of potential dates, but women without kids tend to be less desperate thus more attractive to me and I prefer a lady that can afford to walk away from a relationship (like I can).

My current GF fits all the above, as far as I can tell

In my personal experience about 2 out of every 10 girls fit all the above, so basically its a numbers game. The more you date the better your chances.

Age difference.. There should be not an age difference of more then 10 years..
