Suggest you contact Manolo Despradel at the Punta Cana Beach Resort. He is the most knowledgeable about what is available and can book you the best available. He is one of the key persons involved also with the Punta Cana Marina, the best facility for fishing in the region. He can be reached at 809 221-2262. He moves around a lot so you should try calling early in the morning, like at 8 am, Dominican time or 5 pm. You could also try reaching him at puntacanabr@codetel.net.do, but I would think the telephone connection would be better. The best fishing in this area is in summer, not winter, as he will tell you.
