I recently saw Dra Angela Arelis Balbuena in Puerto Plata - Calle 20 de Diciembre #16. Tel. 809 261 3789. I can't remember the exact charge for a consultation, but it was around what pularvik says above. Her treatment of me was fine and successful. My only suggestion is that you don't rush to get to an appointment with her on time, as you can wait for hours.
