Dive Shops in Punta Cana

Hi,
I will be in Punta Cana In August. I am a certified diver and I was wondering what dive shops are recommended and where they are. I am not staying at a resort, so I don't have access to resort shops.
I am fairly newly certified (certified in Punta Cana by a dive shop at a resort) and have not been diving for a year so I will need a little attention if necessary I also need to rent my equipment(except the wetsuit). Your suggestions are appreciated! thanks.
