Does anyone know how much it would cost for me to travel from La Romana in the Dominican to Puerto Plata ? Can I take a bus, train or whatever other means of transportation? How long would it take?

A trip from La Romana to Santo Domingo take about 2 1/2 hour with Carobe Tours . From Santo Domingo to Puerto Plata takes around 4 hours .
Prices : from LR to SD : +- 70 pesos

from SD to PP : +- 100 pesos

Probably the Metro, Caribe Tours which are bus companies probably travel to and from your destinations.
