This subject has been mentioned on the board before, but I've never seen an answer. I think that the answer is no. If yes, who, especially in Santiago?

I think Tricom has or will have it.Check with them, they are located in Santiago

For other readers, no, Tricom doesn't have it, nor does Codetel, nor Telecable.
