Does anyone know where I can find someone that makes Good Dominican cake in the Gaithersburg/Germatown/Frederick area in Maryland.

Josieal, try PMing DonJuan. He lives in the Maryland suburbs of DC and if I recall correctly, he once mentioned to me that he knew someone there that makes good Dominican cake.
