Dominican Consulates in the US

How many different Dominican Consulates are there in the US and where are they? I know there is one in San Francisco and one in Washington DC. Are there anymore? I need to apply for a multiple entry business visa but different consulates seem to have different criteria. I received one last year (which has since expired) from the Consulate in San Francisco. It cost me about $70 and was only good for one year. On the other hand, some friends received 10 year multiple entry visas for FREE but from a different consulate. I know that you don't have to get a visa to enter the country. But having one means I won't have to pay the $10 on entering the country. Making several trips in one year starts to add up. Any info is appreciated!

Here is the link to their consulates, I have heard but do not know if it is true, but the visas issued in Washington DC are free. I have not called to verify this. For their number you might have to check out the embassy link

There are DR Consulates also in New York [at 1501 Broadway, NY 10018] and Boston [on Park Place].

Try calling the New Orleans Consulate (504)522-1843.
I flew there last year to obtain a power of attorney.
The Consulate, Joaquin Balaguer and his assistant were very helpful.
I cannot say the same for the San Francisco or Miami offices.

Good luck
