Hi folks. So my vacation is coming up in September and I really need to vacate my country and visit DR. Last time I was there was in 2009, Puerto Plata. I found AI packages to Punta Cana and Bayahibe. My question is, are the bars and clubs open? I like to go out and party when the sun goes down

You do know we have a curfew that takes effect at 7PM. On weekends they extend it to 5PM.

I just got back from an extended weekend at the Hard Rock in PC. You probably wouldn't want to leave the place because of the curfew, but it was a decent break.
