Dominican parrots

Looking for information on the Hispaniola parrot (Cotorra) & Hispaniola parakeet(Perico).I have been lucky enough to see a pair of Cotorra which are raising young. what do they eat, how many eggs usually produced, what are the usual predators etc. Thanks in advance for any information.I know they are protected. Anabelle Dod published a book on Dominican birds. Also, a good source are the veterinarians and keepers at the National Zoo. Especially visit the "aviario", a giant bird cage.
