DR Time

Hi.... Didn't mean to stir things up with my Why Bother posting! Just wanted to get people thinking on. Anyway I was reading the news on here and saw about the DR Time Zone. Does this mean that when we visit this winter the Dr will be one hour behind us. (I'm from Atlantic Canada. One thing I liked about the DR was not having to worry about changing time. Oh well!
